PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
Throughout the process from start to finish, your dedicated lighting design specialist is there to support you.
Start - There will be an initial consultation with a lighting design specialist on your project needs. This can be done in our showroom or one of our designers can come to you for a house call.
Selections - Your designer will put together a presentation of options for the items discussed. They will present them to you either in the showroom or virtually. Revisions and additional options are provided as needed.
Ordering - Our designers manage the ordering and processing of all selected items. They will keep you up to date on the status of your order. Everything that comes to our showroom is thouroughly inspected to ensure the quality is up to expectation and ready to go.
